ABOUT THE ROLE: Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for social media and a talent for content creation? We’re looking for a hands-on Social Media Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be in the heart of the action, coordinating and capturing content on the ground to create high-quality and visually appealing assets. You’ll manage our social channels, staying ahead of trends to plan a content calendar that will inspire and connect with our audience. Your contributions will help shape our brand’s identity and cultivate a dedicated community while reflecting our brand tone and values. You’ll also mentor and develop a Social Media Executive, supporting their growth and contributions as part of the team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on creating content, enjoys being in the heart of the action, and has the technical skills to bring ideas to life through video and social media. ABOUT YOU:

• Strong video editing skills with a portfolio showcasing impactful, high-quality content.
• Experience managing social channels, particularly Instagram and TikTok, with a proven track record of driving engagement and audience growth.
• A creative eye for capturing in-salon content that reflects the brand's tone and values.
• The ability to mentor and develop a Social Media Executive, fostering their skills and contributions.
• Passion for social media trends and the ability to adapt them to our brand strategy.
• Excellent organisational and collaboration skills, working closely with teams across our Support Centre and Salons.
