About the role Herbal Fame Sdn Bhd, a leading herbal mattress company, is seeking a talented Digital Marketer to join our dynamic team in Kamunting, Perak. As a full-time Digital Marketer, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's digital marketing strategy and expanding our online presence. What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, search engine optimisation (SEO), and email marketing.
• Analysing website and campaign performance data to optimise marketing efforts and improve return on investment (ROI).
• Creating engaging and visually appealing content, such as social media posts, blog articles, and email newsletters, to attract and retain our target audience.
• Managing and monitoring the company's online reputation, responding to customer inquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborating with the broader marketing team to ensure a cohesive and integrated marketing strategy.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices, and implementing innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaign management and execution.
• Proficient in the use of digital marketing tools and analytics, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and social media platforms.
• Strong writing and content creation skills, with the ability to produce engaging and compelling copy.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions.
• Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
