Job Responsibilities

• Monitoring progress, revising schedules, resolving problems, and reporting results of the processing flow
• Communicate and coordinate regularly, especially with operators, to ensure smooth flow of production
• Cooperate, communicate, and report closely with Head of Department if there is any non-conformance found during the processing
• Prepare and maintain Daily Output Record and other ISO 22000 documentation in a timely manner
• Responsible for training production operators to achieve production targets in a safe and efficient manner
• Ensure work practices and procedures are being followed

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Food Science / Food Services or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in food manufacturing is an added advantage
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
• Willing to learn machinery skills
• Fast learner, initiative, ability to make decisions and solve problems
• High discipline and responsibility

Working Hours

Monday - Saturday (8.30 am - 5 pm)
