Sales and Marketing Manager

Job Description • Responsible for the overall management of all the strategic sales and marketing, business development and customer relationship management • Supervising overall product sales & marketing, covering sales revenue, expense controls, inventory and meeting targets • Lead and build strong teams with sales and marketing to anticipate their development needs and customize development solutions that will increase their competency levels • Provide strategic direction in overall planning, administering, and managing sales activities • Explore new opportunities and grow the business for new potential sales, strategies and marketing especially for the local market • Perform any other duties assigned by the management Job Requirements • At least 5 years of relevant working experience in the Property Industry • Good interpersonal, communication & customer service skills • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential; ability to communicate in Chinese is an added advantage • Strong knowledge and insight of the property industry • Able to travel outstation & work independently when required • Attention to detail, able to multi-task with an organized work approach • Strictly no side businesses/work during work hours allowed #J-18808-Ljbffr
