Responsibilities:
- To provide technical assistance to users through phone, emails, or fax.
- To provide 1st level support and troubleshooting.
- To log problems onto HPSM.
- To submit daily, weekly, and monthly helpdesk reports to the team leader.
- To maintain customer focus in all areas at all times.
- To ensure there is an emphasis on quality and continuous improvement within your job function.
- At least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Microsoft Windows OS, Basic Networking, PC Wireless Connectivity, Lotus Notes, Windows XP, and Remote Access troubleshooting knowledge.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
- Ability to grasp new technical concepts quickly.
- Ability to identify and distinguish between hardware, software, network, and server problems.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
