NPI Engineer (Wireless Semiconductor)

NPI Product Engineer/Sr Engineer/Staff Engineer/Specialist Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead cross-functional teams to support new product development and seamlessly transfer to manufacturing ecosystem.
2. Proactively explore & identify opportunities for product or process improvements, which helps in defect reduction, yield and quality improvement, cost reduction/avoidance and increased customer satisfaction.
3. Collaborate with R&D during the product development stage to identify and prevent manufacturing & quality issues during engineering and mass production.
4. Perform product data analysis using Six Sigma concepts and tools to identify areas for improvement and effectively resolve any issues related to new products.
5. Develop automation tools for product analysis and RF/electrical characterization.

Job Requirements:

1. BS, MS or PhD in Engineering (Electronic/Electrical/Science/Physics).
2. Self-motivated, result-oriented and a team player with strong leadership, interpersonal, & communication skills. Able to work with minimum supervision & multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
3. Candidates with more than 5 years working experience and a strong background in new product engineering and/or RF test development will be considered.
4. Experience with RF test or test development, proficiency in coding (C#, Python, etc.) will be an added advantage.
5. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in data science, statistics, and familiar with Six Sigma quality concepts and tools.
6. Positive attitude and excellent communication skills in English.
