Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operation of the strata titled commercial properties;
- Lead and manage teams of technical personnel, securities, and cleaners to ensure quality and efficiency of work;
- Ensure all procedures and policies are adhered to by the staff and tenants;
- Liaise and arrange defects rectification with relevant parties such as main contractors, subcontractors, or service providers;
- Plan, implement, and monitor building services plans, including maintenance and cleanliness of common areas and car parks, overseeing general security and fire safety of the building, ensuring these services conform to the organization's and regulator’s requirements;
- Perform physical inspections of the building and make necessary and feasible recommendations for improvement;
- Conduct frequent visits to tenants/shop owners for better support.
Job Requirements
- Preferably a candidate with extensive working experience in property and facilities management, with at least 3 years’ experience at the managerial level;
- Knowledge of mechanical & electrical engineering will be an added advantage;
- Positive attitude with the ability to motivate and work well with others;
- Ability to adapt to frequent changes and high-pressure working environments;
- Effective decision-making and customer service management skills;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Able to take up multiple tasks;
- Able to work shifts and be on-call for duty should any problem persist.
