Online Sales Executive

• Responsible for the daily operations of E-commerce platforms (Lazada, Shopee, Tik Tok).
• Manage product listings and ensure content accuracy of the image, price, and product description in a timely manner.
• Responsible for coordinating order processing, delivery, and returns of customer orders.
• Handling customer service queries from various communication channels.
• Plan and execute marketing activities and strategies for all platforms and other digital advertising campaigns.
• Responsible for managing feed posts, boosting products, and all platforms’ backend functions to drive traffic.
• Work closely with E-commerce platforms for monthly promotion or campaign execution.
