Salary: Up to $3,000 (Commensurate based on experience) Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 9.00am – 6.30pm Description: Achieve Quality Assurance goals by conducting regular call reviews and flagging potential risks to management. Review 15 closed sales calls daily for the General Insurance Team. Serve as backup for call reviews related to Auto Insurance. Immediately report any calls with potential quality issues (e.g., misrepresentation, fraud) to Management. Prepare, track, and send Quality Assurance reports to UOB management and team, including NMD, Service Quality Monthly, and Penalty Points Table. Monitor the status of all Quality Assurance cases from start to finish, providing timely updates to management. Attend weekly meetings with management to discuss discrepancies and propose solutions for improvement. Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
