Job Description Lead the Customer Service Department on daily operational matters. Lead & assist front counter walk-in inquiries & registration. Lead & assist online and phone-in registrations. Any other administrative duties within the customer service department. Job Requirements At least Degree & above. At least 10 years of customer service or front-line service work experience. Microsoft NAV Navision work experience is an added advantage. 5 days work week including weekends (2 weekdays off). Work Location will be located at one of the locations: 1) Hillview Terrace, 2) Tuas, 3) Macpherson or 4) Woodlands. #J-18808-Ljbffr
