Responsibilities: Assist the BD Director in managing program-related issues and correspondences. Coordinate and work with tool and assembly equipment suppliers to ensure smooth program launches. Design workflows and optimize production layouts in collaboration with the production department to improve machine efficiency. Source and gather tooling and component quotations from suppliers for initial project startups. Work on new quotations and packaging requirements for new parts. Support production and quality departments in troubleshooting processing and quality issues related to plastic parts. Monitor and track progress on program activities. Provide timely customer support and respond to customer inquiries. Update all tooling activities, bills of materials, and project review records. Follow up and track engineering changes for each tooling. Coordinate all mold trial activities. Design and collaborate with suppliers on jigs and fixtures required for secondary processes. Prepare periodic tool-life reports for customers. Perform any other duties as assigned. Take reasonable care of workplace health and safety, abide by all EHS policies and procedures, and cooperate with Management and colleagues in EHS initiatives.
