Hotel: Doha Beach & Spa (DOHHA), Street 900, Bldg. No. 25, Zone 61, Al Dafna, West Bay, PO Box 6822, Doha, State of Qatar As the world's largest family of luxury hotels, we all take great pride in being genuine ambassadors of the InterContinental brand. As the Personnel Manager, you will mostly be responsible for:

  1. Handling all aspects of HR operations to ensure an efficient and professional work environment
  2. Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with labor regulations and hotel policies
  3. Handling employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances
  4. Managing compensation and benefits administration processes
  5. Creating and cultivating Colleague Engagement initiatives such as Winning Ways Recognition, Town Hall Meeting, Annual Colleague Party, Sports Events, Gatherings, Wellness programs, as well as updating internal colleague communication outlets
  6. Delivering the best Guest Experience across all colleagues and new joiners as an ambassador of Human Resources
  7. Building the annual Engagement Strategy and ensuring all activities are designed around improving Colleague engagement
  8. Building relationships and collaborating across the business to understand and meet employee engagement requirements
  9. Being the point of contact with contracted third party colleague service providers to monitor consistency and quality
What We Need From You
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is an added value
  2. Proven senior experience in Human Resources or similar role in the hospitality industry, preferably within a luxury hotel environment
  3. Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices, including employment law and regulatory requirements
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with team members at all levels
  5. Demonstrated leadership abilities and strategic thinking
  6. Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office Suite
