Your Day to Day
As an Outlet Supervisor, you will support the overall outlet operations to deliver and maintain guest satisfaction and business results. Your responsibilities will include:- Promoting and ensuring guest satisfaction in your F&B venue.
- Supervising the operations efficiently in accordance with established F&B concepts and hotel standards.
- Ensuring that all operating standards are adhered to in order to achieve the highest level of service and maximize profitability.
- Assigning responsibilities to team members and periodically checking their performance.
What We Need From You
Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following competencies and experience:- Similar experience in a luxury hotel and/or resort.
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Additional language is an added advantage.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multitask.
