Responsible and accountable for leading all top-line, bottom-line Regional Omni Health Business from operated polyclinics, Telemedicine and standalone Laboratories and its new businesses strategy and clinical/operational delivery to ensure services provide optimum patient care and experience. Monitor and ensure efficient use of resources and availability of financial funding for the running of the Polyclinics. Set and share corporate responsibility for the overall strategic direction and management of the polyclinic to deliver Stakeholders' performance objectives and patient outcomes. Provide constant and visible site leadership to direct and lead the Senior Management Team to assure delivery of business and clinical targets. Build right expansion strategy to be National players in all main cities in KSA and ensure covering the 90% of populations through Telemedicine and Home Healthcare and opening on right dates agreed with the board in 5 years plan to reach 20 polyclinics, Telemedicine and full HHC with 1Billion by 2025.

Accountabilities

Overlooking and responsible for the whole Polyclinics business to ensure the effective and efficient operations' running as well as achieving the business goals of the organization.

Design polyclinics opening plan strategy by creating different business model of OMNIHEALTH.

Leading strategy of MINI POLYCLINIC and 51 Express clinics group with Business development mindset from selecting the locations and study market and preparing all licenses and requirements to open the clinics with best-in-class standards.

Leading end to end business development functions to ensure implementing best worldwide innovations in Telemedicine as market leader to differentiate our business model to reach 1 M consultations in 2024.

Leading Home Healthcare business to ensure access and reach to healthcare services in remote areas and build partnership with external laboratories for bottleneck areas.

Leading top line and sales strategy to achieve profitability strategy of all polyclinic, Telemedicine and Laboratory business and have efficient expenses and improve sales to achieve profitability targets of shareholders.

Approves and monitors the operational plan for the Polyclinics and do the needed assessments to ensure that all the departments are abiding to the operational plan and the company standards.

Leading doctors to ensure best clinical outcomes and best medical practice to prevent any loss due to rejections with insurance team to ensure strong relationships and mutual benefits maximizing sales and profit by decreasing rejections and on time billing and claiming.

Leading medical team for best provision of care and ensure hiring best doctors with best training to minimize medicolegal issues and gaining our guest word of mouth.

Chair and supervise the development and the implementation of the Polyclinics strategic plan to ensure achieving the stakeholder's strategic objectives of the Polyclinics.

Leads and approves the budget exercise with the assigned stakeholders for the Polyclinics and effectively manage the execution and running of the budget through the year to ensure achieving the Polyclinics financial targets.

Represent the Polyclinics for all the governmental and regulatory bodies meetings and communication to ensure smoothly running relationship with all the related governmental and regulatory bodies.

Responsible for the compliance with all applicable governmental laws and regulations, including, but not limited to, patient care regulations, medication management, MOH regulations for the opening licensure, staffing licensure and certification, civil defense requirements, municipality requirements, and MOH reportable diseases.

Chair and lead all the management committees to ensure proper strategy setting and execution of the strategic plan.

Responsible for regularly reporting back to the stakeholders all the results and achievements of the Polyclinics to confirm/alter the strategic direction as needed to ensure meeting the business targets for the Polyclinics.

Lead the decision-making process for all the performance recommendations based on the market trends and intelligence analysis results to ensure that the Polyclinics' proper market positioning and share among other competitors.

Ensure all Polyclinics' compliance for the Saudi market as well as any international/national quality certification to reach and maintain the needed quality service target for the Polyclinics.

Monitor and act as an escalation point for any serious operational and medical issues in the Polyclinics.

Manage a successful and smoothly running relationship with the Ministry of Health.

Ensure proper handling of complaints from all aspects and manage all the legal implications properly.

In compliance with company Policies and Regulations, directs, participates and manages activities for development and implementation of plans, policies, procedures and operating aspects of financial management and accounting programs in accordance with company policies and as directed by the President.

Recommends all required policies, procedures, protocols, and clinical practice guidelines that are required for the clinical, managerial and financial integrity of the clinics.

Attracting the right talents for his team and ensure proper succession planning guidelines are applied effectively in the team to ensure business continuity.

Ensures the availability of the adequate number and the right mix of staff required for the day-to-day activities. He/she also ensures the continuous availability of the required supplies, medications, and resources to safely run the clinic.

Ensure performance management and coaching procedures are applied to his team to allow proper and objective judgment and decisions related to the organization's employees.

Support and collaborate with HR the effective and proper learning and development for his team.

Ensures that the facility is designed to deliver the intended services in a safe and secure environment for patients, staff and guests.

The employee's duties are not limited to the above-mentioned accountabilities. The manager can assign other duties based on the business need.

Lead the function of maintenance and the smooth running of the facilities as well as being the liaison point with all contractors for the development and expansion projects within the facilities. Ensure the compliance and adherence to the health & Safety as well as hygiene and infection control Saudi codes.

Lead Medical Equipment's Department as biomedical engineering is vital in clinics because it brings together engineering principles and medical knowledge to create innovative solutions that improve diagnostics, treatment, and overall patient care to enhance the efficiency of healthcare delivery, contributes to medical advancements, and ultimately helps save and improve lives.

Lead hospitality & car parking services function across all clinics.

Lead Nursing accommodation & transportation function across all facilities.

Job Requirement

Education

Master's degree / MBA preferably Medical Background

Experience

5yrs in a similar position for a healthcare industry
