Customer Service Officer

This role sits in our Consumer and Trade Division. This role is based in Ingleburn, New South Wales with a hybrid working arrangement. What you can expect As a key member of our Customer Service Team, your primary focus is to support the needs of ITW Consumer and Trade Division’s existing customers, service internal sales for all customers, and support the activities of the segment-based external sales teams. This role offers an opportunity to leverage your experience and showcase your passion for Customer Service. Some of the ways this role will support our strategy and plans:

• Receiving inbound customer sales enquiries and providing product information, support, and pricing details.
• Processing sales orders and monitoring/managing progress through to dispatch and invoicing.
• Collaborating with segment sales teams and accounts receivable team to maintain customer databases including service critical contact details and interactions.
• Resolving customer concerns and providing appropriate solutions and alternatives.

A bit about you: We're looking for an energetic self-starter who brings strong attention to detail and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves! The ideal candidate will live and breathe integrity, respect, trust, shared risk, and simplicity as well as:

• Proven experience in customer service
• Strong ability to multitask
• High level conflict resolution skills
