We are seeking a talented Events Assistant and Events Executive to join a fantastic brand and team in central London! You will be responsible for planning, organising, and executing a wide range of events, from conferences, seminars, and workshops to client receptions and team-building activities. What You'll Do:

• Develop and implement comprehensive event plans, setting clear objectives and timelines.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align event goals with business objectives.
• Source and manage vendors, including venues, caterers, and AV providers.
• Create captivating event materials, such as invitations, presentations, and signage.
• Manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximising ROI.
• Oversee on-site event logistics, including registration, seating arrangements, and technical support.
• Evaluate event success through post-event analysis and reporting.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

• An Event Assistant with 6+ months experience within a corporate environment with some exposure to events.
• Proven ability to interact confidently with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication (written, verbal, presentation) and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, eMarketing software, and ideally event registration tools.
• A master of time management with the ability to multi-task effectively.
• Results-oriented with a positive attitude and ability to thrive under pressure.
• Willing to work flexible hours to ensure successful event execution.
