Administrator/ Receptionist – £28,000 – Canterbury, Kent The Role Do you have excellent administration skills and attention to detail? Are you looking for a varied role where no two days are the same? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you. We are a well-established truck rental service provider, looking to appoint a highly organised Administrator/ Receptionist to our growing team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers and play a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. If you’re a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, this could be the perfect role for you. Key Responsibilities:
- Answer telephone enquiries for rental enquires.
- Prepare email proposals for customers rental enquires.
- Prepare rental documentation for confirmed hires.
- Meet customers returning / collecting of vehicles going on / off hire.
- Manage hand overs for vehicles required to go out on hire daily.
- Forward availability schedules via email to customer base.
- Assist with Social media posts and advertising.
- Deal with Penalty Charge Notices for customers.
- Has strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Is confident in dealing with customers both in person and over the phone.
- Has a good understanding of Microsoft Office and email systems.
- Works well in a team and independently.
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
