Salary Range $106,387 to $111,090 (SCHADS Level 6)

- Leading and supporting the day-to-day operations of programs and service staff in line with operational guidelines, service specifications and targets, relevant risk and assessment tools, frameworks, policies and legislation.
- Serve as the first point of escalation for any challenges within the team and ensure that resources are managed efficiently.
- Building the capability of team members, supporting their performance and the development of practice skills through coaching and supervision.
- Providing specialist housing knowledge and expertise relevant to the delivery of services by the team.
- Ensuring all targets, KPIs and program deliverables are met.
- Providing reports as required.
- Leading and contributing to continuous quality improvement.
- Supporting and championing Rainbow Tick and Human Service Standards.
- Appropriate tertiary qualifications in Social Work or other relevant discipline.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the homelessness service system including an understanding of the drivers of homelessness and the impact of the experience upon the lives of individuals and accompanying children.
- Demonstrated experience supporting the development of worker practice through coaching and supervision.
- Demonstrated experience in building positive relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders that contribute to high quality service provision for clients.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously under limited direction.
- Demonstrated ability to lead continuous quality improvement.
- Excellent written and verbal presentation skills.
