- Develop and maintain positive customer relationships via phone and email interaction.
- Effectively handle customer enquiries and provide customer support.
- Accurate and efficient data entry.
- Work collaboratively.
- Strong knowledge and ability to work with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Comply and support all health & safety procedures.
- Relevant customer service working experiences; experience in a high-volume incoming call position would be advantageous.
- Ability to work as a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and people skills with clear and confident manner.
- Excellent PC skills.
