Foreign Exchange Sales Consultant- Nightshift position FX · Brisbane Airport

Join our Team: We are on the hunt for motivated, passionate and results-driven individuals to join us on Sales Consultant positions at our upcoming new store on a permanent part-time basis. The successful candidate will work shifts all hours in the night from Monday to Thursday. In this key role, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional customer service to international travelers, with a strong emphasis on facilitating foreign currency exchange transactions. If you are passionate about helping people and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you! Your duties primarily include:

• Servicing customer enquiries and securing foreign currency deals,
• Participation in sales activities and marketing projects,
• Building customer rapport and repeat business,
• Daily branch activities and administration,
• Continuous work against money laundering and follow current regulations and procedures.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Previous retail or customer service experience,
• Driven and solution-oriented person who is passionate about sales,
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills,
• Overall flexibility to work night shift hours,
• Responsible with great attention to detail,
• Ability to complete tasks with great accuracy in a timely manner,
• Team player who enjoys collaborating with others,
• Basic computer knowledge, hands-on experience using Microsoft Office suites,
• Fluency in English; fluency in other languages would be advantageous,
• Ability to hold an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC).
