Export Sales - Foreign Region

Job Responsibilities:

1. Attend and follow up on existing and new overseas enquiries.
2. Prepare quotations and pro-forma invoices for existing and new customers.
3. Make travel plans for potential overseas media.
4. Source potential advertisement opportunities in overseas media.
5. Check and verify documentary collection prepared by Sales Admin Executive.
6. Ensure overseas outstanding debts are collected within stipulated terms.
7. Monitor customer orders with Planning department to ensure orders are completed within stipulated deadlines and arrange final delivery with client and administration executive.
8. Confirm with Moulding department for completion of new die samples.
9. Liaise with Packing Department for final orders received from production and provide feedback to clients as necessary.
