Production/ Store Line Leader

About the role Quinform Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced and motivated Production/Store Line Leader to join our team in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan. As a key member of our manufacturing operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our production and warehouse teams, ensuring efficient workflows and high-quality output. • Supervise and coordinate the activities of production and warehouse teams to meet daily targets and objectives
• Ensure proper execution of standard operating procedures and quality control measures
• Monitor inventory levels and manage the flow of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods
• Identify and address operational issues, implement process improvements, and provide recommendations for optimisation
• Oversee the training and development of team members to enhance their skills and productivity
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production, inventory, and KPIs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operations with broader business goals

What we're looking for

• Computer Literate
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to lead and motivate teams
• SPM Level or higher.
