• Maintenance KPIs and Performance Metrics :
  • Key performance indicators for maintenance effectiveness.
  • Analyzing and improving maintenance performance metrics.

Skills and Personalities:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Manufacturing/ Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years experience in manufacturing industry.
• Familiar with Root Cause Analysis, Preventive Maintenance and Data Planning skills.
• Well experienced in tooling and spare part management.
• Has leadership skills in people planning.
• Willing to work in Taiping, Perak.
