1. Design, conduct, and organize training programs to improve production team performance and ensure productivity meets quality standards.
2. Train all new operators or new processes to meet operations competency.
3. Train all operators on quality awareness and improvement in the production shop-floor.
4. Train and develop Multi-skilled Operator / Technical Operator on process control of Critical To Quality (CTQ) to meet product quality criteria.
5. Lead and manage electrolyte weighing control to meet repeatability (CPK) value.
6. Analyze and assess training effectiveness.
7. Update OJT training records and filing.

1. Factory Quality management experience is preferred.
2. More than 5 years of working experience in Production and manufacturing field.
3. Familiar with SAP system.
