MARKETING MANAGER
Reports ToThe Marketing Manager will report to the President and CEO, VP for Operations, and
General Manager.
Duties & Responsibilities
Design and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote the company’s
products or services.
Oversee the development and positioning of the brand in the marketplace,
ensuring consistency across all platforms.
Lead the planning, execution, and performance evaluation of marketing
campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, traditional, etc.).
Conduct research and analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor
activities to identify opportunities and threats.
Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective spending
and reporting on ROI.
Manage and mentor the marketing team, ensuring clear communication, goal
setting, and professional development.
Work closely with the sales, product, and design teams to align marketing
strategies with business objectives.
Oversee initiatives to enhance customer engagement, including CRM strategies,
loyalty programs, and customer feedback systems.
Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using
key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- At least Two (2) years of experience in marketing, with one (1) year in a
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies.
- Experience in market research and analytics.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proficiency in marketing software (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).
- Creative problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
