Marketing Manager for San Juan City

MARKETING MANAGER

Reports To

The Marketing Manager will report to the President and CEO, VP for Operations, and

General Manager.

Duties & Responsibilities

 Design and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote the company’s

products or services.

 Oversee the development and positioning of the brand in the marketplace,

ensuring consistency across all platforms.

 Lead the planning, execution, and performance evaluation of marketing

campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, traditional, etc.).

 Conduct research and analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor

activities to identify opportunities and threats.

 Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective spending

and reporting on ROI.

 Manage and mentor the marketing team, ensuring clear communication, goal

setting, and professional development.

 Work closely with the sales, product, and design teams to align marketing

strategies with business objectives.

 Oversee initiatives to enhance customer engagement, including CRM strategies,

loyalty programs, and customer feedback systems.

 Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using

key performance indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• At least Two (2) years of experience in marketing, with one (1) year in a

management role.

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies.
• Experience in market research and analytics.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proficiency in marketing software (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).
• Creative problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
