Job Description
About the Role:
As a Property Consultant in our Zayed Branch , you will be responsible for representing our projects to clients, with a focus on the Zayed real estate market . This role requires a deep understanding of the area, strong sales skills, and a client-first approach.- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties within the Zayed market .
- Conduct property tours and provide expert advice on property selection and investment opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on market trends, new developments, and competitor offerings in the Zayed area.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Ensure the accurate and timely documentation of transactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in real estate sales , with proven expertise in the Zayed market (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of the Zayed real estate area , including residential and commercial properties.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.
