Business Development (Wholesale & Intermediary or Digital Asset Solutions) Unlock the Future of Finance by joining Fintonia Group and Lead the Charge in Digital Assets Partnerships with Wholesale and Intermediary channel in Singapore! Business Development (Wholesale & Intermediary or Digital Asset Solutions) at Fintonia Group We are looking for driven and experienced professionals to focus on two different areas: Wholesale & Intermediary : To spearhead the promotion of our suite of funds and products to the wealth management channel (financial advisors, MFO/EAMs, and Private Banks in Singapore). This position is ideal for someone with deep expertise in traditional fund sales to the wholesale and intermediary channel who can understand how to create successful partnerships with this channel and who is enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the ever-evolving digital asset sphere. Digital Asset Solutions : To spearhead the promotion of our suite of funds and products across the Asia-Pacific region by providing solutions to Traditional Corporates with digital asset needs and Digital Asset-Native Corporates who both have unique requirements. This position is ideal for someone with deep expertise in FX, crypto, brokerage, investment banking, structured products, or a similar environment, who understands how to create successful solutions for both Traditional and Digital Asset-Native Corporates and is enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the ever-evolving digital asset sphere. It is a hands-on role that will give you the opportunity to directly contribute to building a business and becoming a leader in a fast-growing asset class. The Role: Your responsibilities will include: Strategic Business Development Leadership : Wholesale & Intermediary: Develop and lead regional business development and partnership strategies to promote Fintonia Group’s funds and products, emphasizing the innovative edge of digital assets. Foster and deepen relationships with key stakeholders, including Financial Advisors, MFO/EAMs, asset managers, and private banks. Direct presentations, roadshows, and webinars to enhance product visibility and encourage adoption. Digital Asset Solutions: Develop and lead regional business development strategies to promote Fintonia Group’s innovative solutions to both Traditional Corporates entering the digital asset industry and Digital Asset-Native Corporates who both face unique challenges. Foster and deepen relationships with key stakeholders, including Digital Asset-Native corporates and wealth management channels to generate leads. Develop educational seminars and presentations to enhance visibility of Fintonia’s unique solutions. 2. Client-Centric Solutions : Understand market dynamics, competitor strategies, and client needs in both traditional and digital asset sectors. Collaborate with the product development team, offering insights to ensure our funds align with client requirements and market demands. Spearhead initiatives in partnership with marketing, research, and product teams to refine sales materials and strategies. Represent the sales team in regional and global meetings, advocating for best practices and innovative approaches. Work across functions to develop and implement solutions for Digital Asset-Native Corporates and Traditional Corporates and ensure a first-class client experience. 4. Regulatory Compliance : Ensure adherence to company and regional regulatory standards throughout all sales activities. Stay abreast of industry changes, regulatory updates, and best practices, ensuring the company’s proactive alignment. Qualifications and Experience: To be a successful applicant, you are likely to meet the following criteria: (Wholesale & Intermediary) Have 3-7 years of experience in fund intermediary sales or fund sales to high net worth individuals within a wealth management firm, with a track record of success. Experience with partnering with financial advisors, MFO/EAMs, Private Bankers, and Securities Brokers. (Digital Asset Solutions) Have 3-7 years of experience in FX, crypto, brokerage, investment banking, structured products, or a similar environment, with a track record of success. Experience with crypto and blockchain technology, with a strong understanding of the unique pain points facing both Traditional Corporates entering digital assets as well as Digital Asset-Native Corporates. Outstanding relationship management and networking abilities. Willingness for travel across Asia and elsewhere as necessary. Familiarity with digital assets and blockchain technology and/or being a "tech geek" would be an advantage. Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills in English are required. Mandarin language skills or other regional language skills will be well regarded. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and very comfortable with different technology tools. Ability to work independently but collaboratively as a team player.
