  • Understanding the global Accor sales strategy and distribution channels
  • Translating the strategy into local/mono segment approach
  • Working with various central teams to achieve goals
  • Collaborating permanently with the Account Managers to preserve the “one face to the customer” strategy.
Other Responsibilities Financial
  • Achieving business targets by managing total revenue and market share, developing sales through TARS connected channels in favor of hotel direct channels.
Operational
  • Tracking, analyzing, and reporting business trends in the market with appropriate recommendations for new opportunities through the use of ANAIS.
Business Plan / Analysis
  • Identifying business opportunities and ensuring client loyalty in the business scope through promotion and enrollment in Accor loyalty programs.
Team Management
  • Managing the sales team (account managers): setting objectives and targets, analyzing and optimizing outcomes, and ensuring training and competencies development.
General Duty
  • Defining and implementing sales strategy in the business scope, including team briefings and development plans.
Qualifications
  • Business or Hotel School / University degree
  • Master’s degree (Optional)
  • Minimum 7-8 years of hotel sales and marketing experience
