Demand Planner KSA, Jeddah Job Description The Supply Resource is responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of warehousing, inventory management, and customer service within the country. This role acts as a critical link between supply chain operations and the commercial team to align local sell-out plans with Centralized Middle East Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP). The objective is to maintain service excellence, optimize inventory levels, and drive alignment on business goals. Job Responsibilities

  1. Warehousing Operations
    • Oversee the operations of 3PL to ensure efficient handling, storage, and dispatch of goods.
    • Monitor inventory accuracy and lead periodic cycle counts and full physical stock takes.
    • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards in all warehouse activities.
    • Manage third-party logistics (3PL) provider and hold them accountable for agreed performance metrics (e.g., OTIF, damages, costs).
    • Drive process improvements to optimize warehouse operations and reduce costs.
  2. Customer Service Management
    • Lead the customer service Operations from 3PL to Wholesalers ensure accurate order processing, timely delivery, and resolution of customer complaints.
    • Will be responsible for keying in orders into M3.
    • Collaborate with trade customers to understand their needs and drive initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction along with wholesaler.
    • Monitor key customer service metrics, such as order fill rate, delivery lead times, and complaint resolution time for our Top Customers (Nahdi/Dawa/Amazon).
    • Act as the escalation point for critical customer issues, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
  3. S&OP Alignment and Partnership with Commercial Team
    • Lead Local DRMs and partner with Central planning team & Collaborate with the commercial team to understand local market dynamics (Sell Out) and ensure alignment on sell-out strategies.
    • Align with GM the final LO plan to be submitted to the META Team.
    • Translate demand plans into actionable supply plans, balancing supply availability with customer needs.
    • Monitor forecast accuracy and work with stakeholders to address deviations proactively.
  4. Stakeholder Collaboration and Reporting
    • Partner with finance, and sales teams to align on promotional activities, launches, and inventory requirements.
    • Provide regular reports and analytics on supply chain KPIs, including inventory days, service levels, and warehousing costs.
    • Identify risks and opportunities within the supply chain and propose actionable solutions.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, warehousing, or customer service roles.
  • Experience in partnering with commercial teams and contributing to S&OP processes is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of warehousing operations, inventory management, and customer service processes.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to drive business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive and collaborative approach.
  • Proficiency in supply chain software (e.g., SAP, WMS) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Arabic fluency is an advantage.

  • Order fulfillment rate (OTIF).
  • Inventory accuracy and stock availability.
  • Customer complaint resolution time.
  • Warehousing cost efficiency.
  • Forecast accuracy and adherence to S&OP plans.
