Hays are currently working with a Government Fund and they are looking to hire a Head of Investor Relations to join their organisation. The Head of Investor Relations will play a key role in the strategy of the organisation and will be responsible for developing and executing the IR strategy, stakeholder management, and keeping them informed of financial performance and market position. This role requires a seasoned professional with excellent communication skills, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of the financial markets.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
10+ years of experience within Investor Relations, Finance or related field
Must have a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with investors
Experience working for a Government entity is highly desirable
