Architectural Technologist - Dundrum, Dublin Office/Project Location: Dundrum, Dublin Employment Type: Permanent Work Location: Office Based / Hybrid Pay: €40k - €60k salary Experience: 3+ years Visa: EU passport or Stamp 4 visa required Our Client is an award winning practice with international offices and voted on of the top 50 companies to work for in Ireland You will be responsible for delivering detailed design packages & ensuring the delivery of the design brief using your technical building expertise. You will report into the Project Architect & ensure deadlines are met and details are produced accurately & efficiently. The key software used is Revit. Requirements Qualification in Architectural Technology, with 3+ years experience working in an Architectural firm or similar organisation. Must have excellent technical proficiency in building construction as well as extensive experience in preparation of working drawings, detailing and tender packages on residential projects. Strong CAD/Revit skills are essential, and site experience is a bonus. Applicants must be familiar with current Irish Building and Planning Regulations Large scale mixed-use residential project experience would be of huge benefit.
