Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Corporate Trainer at KILONEWTONS. The Corporate Trainer will be responsible for conducting training programs for employees, developing learning materials, assessing training needs, and evaluating training effectiveness. Additionally, the Corporate Trainer will collaborate with internal teams to enhance employee performance and foster a culture of continuous learning within the organization. Qualifications
- Training Program Development, Delivery, and Evaluation skills
- Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools
- Experience in conducting Needs Assessments and Performance Evaluations
- Strong Communication and Presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a changing environment
- Experience in the engineering or industrial sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or related field
