Maintenance Planner/ Scheduler

The Maintenance Planner / Scheduler will be the point of contact for planning, scheduling and execution of all work orders at the facility. He / She will play a critical role in reviewing work requests through completion, coordinates and assigns all resources, materials and equipment at the optimum time to be available for maintenance and ensure effective utilization of resources. Responsibilities: · Maintenance Planning: Responsible for planning all non-emergency maintenance work with safety as top priority when planning work. · Maintenance Scheduling and Execution: Schedule jobs to fully utilize available resources and optimize use of external resources. Prioritize and coordinate all PM jobs to maximize client service, equipment availability and optimize R&M spent. · Reliability Centered Maintenance: Provide support to maintenance engineering team to collate equipment performance KPI and maintenance history and incident report. · Provide support to personnel using SAP-PM module. · Generates all Work Orders and Purchase Requisitions in SAP. · Received all technical documentation on new equipment installed and transfer information to SAP, creating new equipment numbers, PM schedule, BOM etc. · Manage all technical document, drawings and manuals in all document control system.
