Kitchen Showroom Manager

Job Description We are looking for a Showroom Manager for our Christchurch showroom. This is a full time, permanent on site role, you will be responsible for the day to day operation of the showroom including but not limited to the following duties:

• Managing and coaching your team to deliver sales.
• Meeting KPI targets
• Acting as a role model when dealing with customers, suppliers and colleagues.
• Recruiting and developing exceptional staff.
• Managing social media channels.
• Ensuring showrooms are maintained to a high standard internally and externally.
• Ensuring showrooms meet H&S regulations.
• Ensuring the security of the showroom.
• Ensuring all enquiries are dealt with to the best possible standard.
• Ensuring company policies are followed.

Essential requirements:

• Experience of successfully managing a team in a busy retail environment
• Experience of successfully working in a kitchen showroom.
• Willing to Work Tues – Sat.
• Willing to cover our Esher showroom if necessary.
• Driving licence.
