Job Description
- Challenge yourself to uplift the standard of Qantas aircraft cabins across all fleets
- Work with leaders and peer departments to establish a new function
- Permanent role based at our Mascot Campus
- Overseas applications considered for sponsorship
- Have four years of experience in an airline or airline service provider with cabin related experience driving cabin related performance and improvement
- Have an understanding of cleaning / fleet presentation and cabin engineering and maintenance disciplines and the interplay between these functions and potential opportunities
- Analytical capability to interrogate operational serviceability, customer survey and complaint data with the ability to present key trends and recommendations to management
- Strong ability to influence other departments outside reporting lines and other service providers with high interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills
- Develop, lead and execute aircraft cabin condition strategy, incorporating customer, crew, engineering and maintenance insights to develop an effective and prioritised program
- Advocate for cabin upkeep considerations and lessons learned in the design of future aircraft cabins
- Lead product management initiatives, including prioritisation, problem-solving, and analytical thinking, with a focus on agile and human-centered design principles
- Build a platform to develop, grow and evolve the cabin condition function as an effective body within the organisation
