Senior Regional Field Sales Manager FMCG Central London 3 days per week / 2 days WFH. £40,000 - £60,000 This is an incredible opportunity to be part of an FMCG business who’ve become extremely recognisable after experiencing exponential growth over the past 4 years. With a large team of over 70 brand ambassadors regularly attending events... you’ll be managing a large team of people who are actively travelling south of the UK and on-boarding new customers. This opportunity is largely focused around growing a subscription based sales model. With an already fantastic eco-system of growing subscribers , this Regional Sales Manager needs to be a strategic thinker with an analytical approach to their work. Calculating & tracking costs from a high-level perspective. Collaboration is extremely important as you’ll be regularly conversing with brand ambassadors & logistics managers to get the most out of the events which are being attended. You’ll be expected in the London central office 3 days per week. Benefits

- Must have managed teams of 15+
- P&L cost management
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Able to analyse date and trends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint, high level of experience in creating reports and presentations for senior sales management teams.
