Job description: Job Purpose The Senior / Supervisor, Safety & Security is responsible to investigate incidents and accidents to identify the causes and/or determine the non-compliance to rules and regulations. He / She will also play a crucial role in the education, engagement and enforcement of safety processes and procedures. Additionally, he / she is responsible for improving the safety culture and performance within the organisation, as well as ensuring compliance with legal legislations and corporate requirements. Responsibilities Conduct traffic accident investigations Standby Duty Investigation Officer (accident scene investigation) Request, verify and cut CCTV footages Provide safety inputs during bus trials Perform Education, Engagement and Enforcement on safety issues Participate in the implementation of ISO39001 Conduct WSH incident investigations and WSH L1 Inspections Conduct Red Teaming and End of Trip (EOT) Checks Qualifications & Work Experience Possess at least a Diploma At least 1-2 years of working experience; previous experience in investigative roles will be an advantage Good knowledge of Workplace Safety and Health regulations will be an advantage Must be proficient in MS Office applications, with good interviewing and report writing skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
