Hospital Operations Executive (Laundry, Food, and Facilities)/ East REF: EN

What you'll be doing Assist in developing systems and procedures for new and ongoing services Support the COO with operational matters, ensuring smooth service delivery across departments Oversee service/maintenance contracts, track renewals, and manage vendor evaluations Monitor food quality and patient feedback for inpatient meal services Ensure linen and laundry services are maintained, managing stock levels and liaising with infection control Assist with SMF applications, mobility device orders, and statutory board claims Support pandemic response planning and business continuity operations Participate in quality improvement projects, coordinating audits and inspections Organise meetings, take minutes, and assist with service expansion and project development What we're looking for Bachelor Degree level and above in related studies 4 - 5 years of similar experience, preferably within a hospital setting Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders Solid understanding of IT structure within a hospital setting Interested applicants, kindly furnish us with your detailed resume in MS Word format and click the " Apply Now " button. #J-18808-Ljbffr
