Retail, Social Commerce Sales cum Operation Executive Job Description Provide seamless customer service to customers, and students. Assist/create content and do posting at social media. Handle customer communication, maintain leads-in and closely follow-up Perform sales of musical products, music course enrollment, events helper etc. Responsible for our day-to-day operations and support the outlet manager in daily business and school operations. Job Requirements Minimum "O"-Level or equivalent educational qualification. Strong work ethic and diligence, committed to achieving exceptional result, and retail hours Customer-focused mindset with effective verbal communication skills Remuneration and Benefits Initial monthly remuneration of $2,600 - $3,300. Singaporean are welcomed. 5-day workweek with 12-15 days of annual leave. Training and OJT provided. Clear career progression to the role of Assistant Manager/ Outlet Manager.
