- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certification (CA, CPA, CMA) is required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years in finance or accounting, with a strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, advanced Excel, and forecasting tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance metrics.
- Proven ability to analyse financial data, create financial models, and present complex information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Experience in ROI reporting and managing financials for capital expenditures (capex).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead, mentor, and develop a finance team to drive high performance.
- Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and effectively to non-financial stakeholders.
- Proven track record in analysing ROI from approved capex and driving efficiencies across the business.
- Ability to adapt to new information and feedback, driving continuous improvement and aligning with business needs.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of integrity and ethical behaviour, particularly when handling sensitive financial data.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities and deadlines.
- Experience in adopting and implementing new technologies, including system enhancements and process improvements.
