Registrar in Infectious Diseases

The successful candidate will be required to commence on Monday 14th July 2025. The Infectious Diseases Department provides comprehensive care for inpatients and outpatients with infection-specific issues. We look after patients with HIV, hepatitis B, travel-related conditions, CNS infections, disemminated infections, as well as localised infections. We run a complex outpatient infection service which includes OPAT, general infectious diseases clinic, HIV care, hepatitis B care. We manage patients with severe COVID infection, and run a long COVID clinic. We also contribute to General Medicine in the hospital, participating in the medical on-call rota. We have a broad NCHD team with easy access to senior decision makers and consultant led rounds and clinics.
