Job Responsibilities Full spectrum of HR function: Involved in manpower planning and resourcing strategies to hire quality candidates to meet the manpower needs Take charge of HR operations and handle employee relations issues Provide day-to-day performance management support to the line managers Any other duties which may be assigned from time to time. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or a related discipline, from a recognized university.
