QAQC Engineer

MEP Contractor Basic Salary Up to $5000 Office Hours: 6 Days Work Location: Pioneer Job Responsibilities: Manage quality inspections for incoming, ongoing, and outgoing products, ensuring compliance with inspection standards, quality procedures, and task completion as outlined in method statements. Work closely with QA, Process, Engineering, and Product teams to resolve quality-related issues, conduct audits, and implement necessary corrective actions. Supervise and ensure supplier quality performance aligns with required specifications and standards. Compile inspection reports, coordinate site visits, and communicate with Project Managers, Engineers, and Authorities to secure certifications. Provide training to workers on method statements and ensure adherence to construction and quality compliance standards. Job Requirements: Minimum qualification: ITE or Diploma in Manufacturing or Quality Engineering. Preferably at least 2 years of experience in a Product Manufacturing setting. Familiarity with ISO standards (9001, 14001, 13485, 45001) is advantageous. Knowledge of quality standards for DFMA Modular Prefab MEP products, material selection, fabrication, assembly, and inspection will be an added advantage.
