Base pay range Working within the Embedded SRE organisation, the Application Support Analyst will be handling the day-to-day operations including handling, triaging, and escalating alarms and issues that may arise. Job Responsibilities Provide Level 1 troubleshooting support and response, and be on standby up to 12 hours a day during the week of standby. Log, escalate, and follow through with issues, ensuring that issues are resolved. Review and improve our alarms and alarm response. Periodic reviews and submission of the capacity needs of the business. Support and/or drive disaster recovery response drills. Deploy new versions of the software. Generate reports on the operational workloads, review capacity needs of the business, and support and/or drive disaster recovery response drills. Requirements Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or other related discipline. 2-5 years of Technical/Application Support experience on various technology platforms. Experience in programming languages like Golang and Java. Responsible and proactive approach to resolving problems, and being able to have a structured approach to problem-solving.
