Medical Insurance Administrator – German Speaking
Job Title: Medical Insurance Administrator – German Speaking Location: Dublin, Ireland Work Model: Hybrid, 2 days office based per week Contract: Permanent Full Time Salary: OTE €39,000 + bonus + benefits (free parking or subsidised travel, 25 days AL, comprehensive health insurance, pension, and more) Our client is a well-known international organisation specialising in providing medical services to individuals from around the world. With a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care, they are seeking a highly motivated and skilled insurance administrator to join their team in Dublin. You will work with a small team of colleagues and your primary responsibility will be to assist in the processing and authorisation of medical documents and policies and ensure efficient communication and coordination between health care professionals and administrative staff, while upholding the highest standards of patient communication and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will come from a health insurance or medical related background but is not required. If you have excellent attention to detail, strong administration and communication skills and a desire to learn, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities:- Communication and Support
- Quality Assurance
- Following up on outstanding cases by e-mail and telephone
- Fluent in German and English, with exceptional oral and written communication skills in both languages.
- Proven experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in an international or multicultural setting.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and health care systems and willingness to expand on this knowledge.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritise, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish effective working relationships with patients, health care professionals, and colleagues.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications for data management and communication.
