M & E Sales Manager Dublin Hotel

An exciting opportunity has come up with our 4-star client in Dublin. This is a brand new role and comes with plenty of benefits. Our client is ideally looking for someone capable of having a macro/wide view of the hotel, so experience with volume and working in a team is essential. You may be an M & E Sales Manager in a hotel in Dublin already or a senior M & E Sales person looking for your first management role. This is an exciting new opening, so if you fancy a move and have lots of contacts in the Dublin market, then we want to hear from you.
Some of the characteristics the ideal candidate should have:
- Previous meetings and events experience.
- Have a proactive sales approach with good commercial acumen.
- Possess a high level of written and spoken English with excellent telephone manner.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Work well under pressure and complete work to strict deadlines.
- Be able to respond quickly and positively to changing requirements.
- Display leadership and the ability to maintain professionalism at all times.
- Previous experience using a hotel reservation system would be advantageous.
