Negotiating terms with clients and sealing the deal on job offers for candidates. Who are we looking for? You should have a Diploma or Degree in any discipline. A self-starter , brimming with energy and exceptional communication skills. Passionate about achieving results and driving quality in every interaction. Experience in specialized recruitment sales or relevant industry sales is a strong advantage. Possess CEI Certification (Basic) is highly preferred! (Must be willing to take the certification before/within probation of joining) Additional Information Base Salary: Up to S$4,000 & above (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualification).
