The CEO is responsible for leading the company's strategic and operational initiatives to ensure financial growth, operational excellence, and service quality. The role involves overseeing daily operations, managing budgets, driving business development, and ensuring alignment with the company's vision and goals. The CEO will guide teams, foster innovation, and build relationships with stakeholders to ensure sustainable growth and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic and Operational Planning: Develop and implement strategic and operational plans to achieve the company's financial and administrative objectives. Oversee the development and application of operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and quality. Monitor the performance of operational activities (central kitchen, banquet halls, and restaurants) to ensure smooth execution and success. Prepare and review annual budgets, ensuring alignment with target revenues. Monitor company financial performance, including revenue and expenses. Develop strategies to reduce costs and enhance profitability without compromising quality.
  2. Operations and Services Management: Supervise banquet hall and event operations to ensure exceptional customer experiences. Oversee central kitchen operations and ensure the quality of buffet services. Manage external catering services for events and parties.
  3. Human Resource Management: Lead teams to ensure all activities align with the company's vision and objectives. Attract, develop, and retain top talent for the company. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and employee engagement.
  4. Business Development and Public Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers. Identify opportunities to expand services and improve existing ones. Represent the company at exhibitions and public events to enhance market presence. Oversee the management and tracking of new company projects.
  5. Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to local regulations, health standards, and quality guidelines. Develop and implement plans to enhance customer satisfaction and business sustainability. Review and improve internal policies and operational procedures.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Hospitality (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in the hospitality sector, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Proven experience in managing budgets and achieving financial goals.
  • Excellent communication and public relations skills.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
