Responsibilities:

  1. Sell maximum number of vehicles possible.
  2. Achieve maximum profitability on sales.
  3. Ensure highest degree of customer satisfaction to achieve customer loyalty.
  4. Ensure customer awareness of options, accessories, extended warranty, and finance facilities.
  5. Help Retailer to achieve industry-leading standards of customer care and process efficiency.
  6. Track number of personal customer contacts and newly created leads.
  7. Monitor number of incoming orders, completed sales, and deliveries.
  8. Manage unattended lead ratio and data quality.
  9. Evaluate customer satisfaction index (CSI mystery shopping).
  10. Analyze conversion rates (leads/sales, leads/test drives, test drives/quotations).
  11. Conduct test drives.
Skills:
  • Understands the sales process and customer expectations regarding individual and excellent advice to customers in the showroom.
  • Provides alternative solutions for specific customer concerns.
  • Can describe the economic effects of different solutions.
  • Takes a comprehensive and objective approach to handling the questions and concerns of prospects, customers, and colleagues.
