Job Responsibilities:

  1. Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
  2. Promote and sell products/services via phone to achieve sales targets.
  3. Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  4. Manage customer relationships and build long-term rapport.
  5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress.
  6. Provide information about our products and services clearly and persuasively.
  7. Follow up with leads and convert them into sales.
  8. Handle customer objections professionally and work towards closing deals.
  9. Update and maintain customer database regularly.
  10. Work closely with the sales team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

Key Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in telesales or telemarketing is preferred.
  2. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  4. Fluency in Arabic is preferred.
  5. Excellent listening skills and attention to detail.
  6. Strong problem-solving abilities.
  7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
  8. Proficient in using CRM software and other office tools.
  9. High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales or marketing qualifications are a plus.
